General Background
Victoria Graeve-Cunningham is an Organizational Consultant who is passionate about making Omaha a great place to live, work and play. By integrating over 10 years of lean project management experiences and organizational development theory, Victoria worked with an amazing team to launch ThriVinci, which promotes talent development through volunteerism. After receiving her MBA and MS in Bioscience Management from Creighton University, to complement her background in workflow optimization she returned to the University of Nebraska to pursue doctoral studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to better understand how to maximize employee engagement, motivation, and performance. Though she often supports strategic planning and change management initiatives, she specializes in establishing and measuring people-oriented cultures that value process optimization and social responsibility. In addition to teaching organizational behavior and research methods, she is involved in numerous initiatives in the community and has spoken across the state and country, for instance, twice at the International Conference on Occupational Stress and Health hosted by NIOSH, SOHP, and APA.

Community Service
After serving on Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce's Young Professional Council, Victoria now serves the chamber as a community Ambassador. She currently serves as the Omaha Area Youth Orchestra's President and is a member of the Joslyn's Young Art Patrons. She and her husband have fostered over 120 dogs through Midwest Dog Rescue Network.
