The Office of the Registrar maintains permanent academic records of all students and alumni for NMC.
The office facilitates registration and class scheduling, assists students with transfers to and from other academic institutions, processes course additions and withdrawals and approves students for graduation.
Prior to registering for classes students are required to meet with their assigned advisor. Subsequently, students will enroll in their classes online using MyMethodist.
Official Academic Transcripts
Official transcripts will only be issued upon official request of the student.
Students who have taken our professional development programs may not order electronic transcripts. For professional development transcripts, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students may request an electronic copy of their transcript through Parchment (an authorized third party) by selecting the link below and paying a $3 fee.
Most orders will be processed with 48 hours of their request. However, if you attended NMC prior to 2000, it may take more than 48 hours due to converting your transcript into an electronic format.
Students may request a paper copy of their transcript for free, and it will be sent via First Class mail.
Current students may complete and submit an online form. You must first sign in to your MyMethodist account before accessing this form.
Former students may complete this PDF form and submit it to the Registrar's Office either by mail, fax or in person. Transcripts will be issued only for those who are in good financial standing with the College.
Professional Development Transcripts
For continuing education classes you have taken through Professional Development, please go to the PD website and click "Account Login" in the top navigation. Then, log in to your account and click "Certificates."
To obtain a transcript of continuing education classes you attended prior to July 31, 2017, please email email@example.com.
