General Background
Lori has 27 years of nursing experience working in general med/surge, cardiac, ortho-neuro. intensive care, women's health and mental health nursing. She has taught in the accelerated, traditional and LPN-BSN nursing programs. Areas of instruction include: nursing assessments, general medical-surgical, community health and mental health nursing as well as public health and epidemiology. Lori has also accompanied students on immersion trips and facilitated an elective on music in healthcare. 

Currently, Lori is the coordinator of the LPN-BSN accelerated program and also teaches assessment skills, medical-surgical theory and mental health theory and clinical. She also works as an administrative coordinator in the hospital setting.
