Clinical off campus: Dates: February 20, 2017 - March 10, 2017

  • Monday - Friday, Time: TBD (40 hours per week during the day)

A complete file consists of: Completed application, written statement, paid application fee and transcripts.

Deadline: Please have your completed file submitted no later than November 4, 2016 in order to be considered for the Winter 2017 phlebotomy program.
