Dr. Amy Clark currently serves as the Dean of Health Professions at Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE. In her role as Dean she oversees 19 undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs in the health professions division. She is responsible for ensuring that the Allied Health Programs offered at NMC maintain their accreditation standards, enhance the student educational experience on campus and online through leadership of faculty and staff, strategic planning, curricular quality and efficiency, program integrity, and student satisfaction.
As a licensed mental health practitioner, Dr. Clark has practiced as a Medical Social Worker at UNMC and Methodist Hospitals. In her role as a Medical Social Worker, Amy worked with both pediatric and adult populations in the outpatient and inpatient settings. As a member of the Bone Marrow Transplant Team, Dr. Clark conducted evaluations and provided counseling services to patients and their families. Amy has presented at local, state, and national conferences on a variety of topics within her field of study.
