CastleBranch Tracking System
Manage your health and safety requirements online
To make completing and updating your health and safety requirements as simple as possible, the College has partnered with CastleBranch, Inc.
An email will be sent to you with a package code and instructions about how to set up your myCB account. (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers are recommended. The system does not work with Internet Explorer.) To place an order, select the appropriate program package.
We recommend you use your NMC email address when placing your order to ensure communication for alerts and messages. Your email will become your username for myCB.
The costs for the background check and compliance tracker are automatically added to your NMC student account.Once your myCB account is created and opened, your appropriate To-Do list will be visible. Student To-Do lists include the following (may vary according to program):
- Your criminal background check is initiated when you create your myCB account. Personal information requested: full name, date of birth, social security number, current address, phone number and NMC email.
- Nebraska Child and/or Adult Abuse & Neglect Central Registry Check
