Explore an interdisciplinary approach to sciences

A major in Human Biology at Nebraska Methodist College prepares you with a foundational knowledge in biological and life sciences, as well as an in-depth understanding of contemporary human health issues.

Students learn more than just foundational sciences - they become educated citizens. This solid foundation prepares our graduates to create and lead change in the world around them.

Students will be challenged to be reflective and critical thinkers and communicate health issues in order to be a change agent in the field or community.

With this rigorous pre-health professional background major, students have the opportunity for a wide variety of clinical or research health profession paths, such as medicine, occupational therapy, physical therapy and lab science.
