Admissions

Applications will only be considered if transcripts have been received by the given deadline and the file is complete. Completed files (application, written statement, transcripts, and application fee) for the phlebotomy training program will be reviewed after the given deadline. Selected students will be contacted by phone, email or letter.

Fall 2019 (9-Weeks)

Dates: August 21 - October 18, 2019

Days: Wednesdays & Fridays

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

On Campus: August 21 - September 27, 2019

Clinical Rotation: September 30 - October 18, 2019 (Will be daytime hours Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours a week. Details determined in class.)

A complete file consists of the following:

  • completed application (with written statement and application fee)
  • transcripts

Completed Applications due by June 28, 2019
