During the last class meeting, students will get approximately five-10 minutes to present one key learning that they have implemented or utilized in their job. Some examples include: A manager who starts using daily visual management could take pictures of their daily visual management boards and discuss how the process is going and any results they have seen since implementation. A leader could talk about coaching techniques they are utilizing with an employee who is struggling and any effects they have seen. Another example would be discussing how you have discovered the root cause of a problem by utilizing the Five Whys of Root Cause.
