General Background
I have been a nurse since 1996. For several years I worked for Nebraska Medicine in the Neurological Sciences Specialty Unit. Recently I served as the Director of Healthcare Services for a company owning several assisted-living facilities throughout the Midwest. Many of my past positions have included aspects of leadership, education, and quality/safety services. I have also served as an adjunct professor for NMC for 8 years. I am very happy to be a full-time member of the NMC team!
