Sue Bath, Ed.D. is a Talent Management Consultant for Gallup. Dr. Bath's expertise is in research, change, and development consulting. She supports clients' efforts to improve organizational performance by integrating measurement data, qualitative interviews, and business intelligence, then providing analysis to generate actionable insights. She also helps clients in using Gallup's philosophies and approaches to transform their cultures to better meet their business objectives. With twenty-four years of experience, Dr. Bath serves as both a management consultant conducting selection interviews and giving talent feedback as well as helping others discover and develop their individual strengths. She consults with stakeholders to recommend strengths-based solutions to their most challenging organizational or mission-related issues. Her coaching philosophy centers around helping others to discover their authentic selves through their strengths - the things that come most naturally to them. As well as helping others to move forward by setting objectives towards achieving strengths-based goals. This often involves building upon strengths successes and thinking of innovative ways to help others leverage their strengths in partnership.
