I have had the opportunity to work in higher education for the past 18 years with experiences in student recruitment, retention, academic success, and fundraising. I recently left higher education and started a new role as Executive Director for Champions of Aging by Home Instead. Champions of Aging is a service year opportunity for college and postgraduate students in the aging space. The goal of Champions of Aging program is to build a future workforce that has an understanding and appreciation for the complexities and individuality of the aging process and become agents of change.
