General Background
Throughout life, Kara has had a special interest in all aspects of wellness. She has a Master of Public Health degree with an emphasis in Health Education and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness.

Kara is a Master Certified Community Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and has over 15 years of experience in the fields of Education and Health Promotion. Her experience includes the administration of college level academic programs, online course instruction, and designing, implementing and evaluating health promotion programming in the public and private sector.
