    Dr. Evans holds a PhD and a master's degree in public health, a master's degree in administration and a bachelor's degree in Business.  

    She has worked in academic and clinical research for over ten years and served as the Research Project Manager overseeing the creation of an Aortic Biorepository (DNA, Chemistry, and Aortic tissue samples).
