This is your one form submission for multiple scholarship opportunities.
Scholarship applicants must also have a completed admissions application on file by the deadline listed below in order to be reviewed for scholarships. Prospective students only need to complete this application one time in order to be considered for the scholarships listed below.
Based on GPA and/or program area of study, qualified applicants will have the opportunity to earn up to two scholarships within this submission.
Scholarship essays should be attached to this application. Please include your name and prospective major on all attached documents.
Becker Presidential Scholarship

- 3.5 cumulative GPA required
Wischmeier Dean's Nursing Scholarship
- February 1, 2027 scholarship deadline
- Available to first time-first year nursing students
- 3.5 cumulative GPA required
Excellence in Allied Health Scholarship
- February 1, 2027 scholarship deadline
- Available to first time-first year associate or bachelor’s degree seeking students
- Available to students pursuing an allied health program
- 3.2 cumulative GPA required
Academic and Leadership Scholarship Essay Prompt
Please develop a thoughtful and organized response to the questions below. Your response should be approximately two paragraphs for each question. The scholarship committee is looking for responses that are not only well supported but that also use appropriate style and grammar. Be sure to include your name and program on the document itself. Your essay should be attached to your electronic scholarship application form.
When drafting your essay, please cite any sources using APA format if applicable. Also know that instances of plagiarism within an applicant's scholarship essay will disqualify them for admission to Nebraska Methodist College due to the College's commitment to academic integrity and stringent plagiarism policies.
