Course Description

Purpose Statement: To provide current information and evidence-based guidelines that will enhance clinical and professional practices related to the multidisciplinary health care of the breast cancer patient.

Participant will be able to:

  • Describe lymphedema etiology
  • Explore triggers, precautions and contraindications
  • Discuss patients populations and the appropriate referral process
  • Discover truths and misconceptions of the treatment of lymphedema
