The purpose of this activity is to enable the learner to develop their knowledge and skills in thinking like a manager, setting clear expectation regarding performance, behavior, and attendance,coaching employees when they can't meet expectations, disciplining employees when they won't meet expectations, motivating employees, getting employees to take initiative, and conducting performance evaluations that get results.
