Purpose Statement: This program will enable the learner to explore best practices related to simulation debriefing in order to optimize student learning.
Participants will be able to:
1) Review the purpose of simulation, differentiating between skills based and clinical reasoning scenarios.
2) Examine steps of a simulated clinical experience.
3) Evaluate a simulated debriefing session.
