Course Description

Purpose Statement: The purpose of this program is to improve patient care and outcomes across the continuum of emergency care.

Participant will be able to:

  • Recognize opportunities for performance improvement throughout the continuum of emergency care by case review.
  • Discuss an emergency medicine topic including background, signs, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Identify domestic violence/SANE resources, aspects of care, and your role in caring for these patients.
