Course Description

The purpose of this course is to enhance the skills of health professionals in the area of electronic fetal monitoring interpretation in order to provide appropriate & safe interventions in the obstetric setting.

Participants will be able to:

  • Interpret fetal heart rate tracings using the NICHD definitions and categories.
  • Discuss multidisciplinary communication and management of fetal heart rate tracings through the use of management models
