Course Description

Purpose Statement: The purpose of this course is to provide a forum that increases knowledge related to nursing care of postpartum and newborn patients. Topics include postpartum norms and complications, lactation, postpartum psycho-social concerns, pain management, discharge priorities, newborn care at delivery, feedings, infant cares, and more! 

In order to receive continuing education credit for this event, you must meet the following completion requirements:

  • Attendance at entire activity
  • Completion/submission of evaluation form
