This program is designed to provide opportunities for learning related to leadership development, teamwork, and improvement of patient experience, care, and safety.
Participants will be able to:
- Determine how teams can multiply strengths and neutralize weaknesses.
- Recognize opportunities to meet the needs of various cultures.
- Identify ways to motivate, reward, and recognize staff.

Participants may use these for their professional continuing education hours and toward re-licensure if so approved within the standards and guidelines of their discipline.
