Purpose Statement:

The purpose of this program is to provide best practices in caring for patients with cancer.  This course is part of a 4-course series designed to increase oncology certification.

Participants will be able to:

  • Explore best practices in health promotion, screening, and early detection of cancer.
  • Discuss the scientific basis for oncology practice.
  • Examine the expectations for professional performance related to oncology practice.
