Course Description

Purpose Statement: The purpose of this program is to provide information on current evidence-based practice guidelines in diagnosing and treating lung cancers.

Participant will be able to:

  • Health care professionals will self-report an increased knowledge of best practices surrounding lung cancer including staging, pathology, and treatment. 
  • Health care professionals will self-report increased knowledge of skills for advance treatment planning for patients with serious or terminal illnesses.

  • Health care professionals will identify at least one pharmacology principle to implement with the geriatric population.
