The purpose of the conference is to provide resources for long-term care services for the elderly or those with chronic conditions.

Each professional is accountable to understand their accrediting/licensing body's standards and requirements. In order to obtain contact hours or CEU's for a continuing education event, participants are required to attend the entire event and return a completed evaluation.

Physicians: The Nebraska Methodist Hospital is accredited by the Nebraska Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Nebraska Methodist Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Social Work: This offering meets the continuing education criteria for 5.0 clock hours for Nebraska and Iowa Social Workers.  

Education Credit: 5.0 Education hours.  Nebraska Methodist College Professional Development assigns education hours based on 60 minutes of classroom instruction for each offering.  Participants may use these for their professional continuing education hours and toward re-licensure if so approved within the standards and guidelines of their discipline.
