All nursing staff (RNs, CNAs, Techs), social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists as well as other interdisciplinary healthcare professionals involved in the care of older adults.

Purpose Statement: This program is designed to provide an interprofessional forum for staff to engage in learning and implementing best practices in geropalliative care; to improve patient outcomes through sustaining and spreading AgeWISE principles; and to provide ongoing support to AgeWISE RNs and AgeWISE sustainability.

Deborah M. Conley, MSN, APRN-CNS, GCNS-BC, FNGNA is a gerontological clinical nurse specialist and co-director of the AgeWISE nurse residency program at Methodist Hospital.
Stacey Miskie, BSN, RN, OCN, CBN is the Staff Development Nurse for the Oncology/Surgery Unit at Methodist Hospital.
Ann Streeter is a Senior Physical Therapist at Methodist Hospital.
Cindy Schwieger is a Senior Physical Therapist at Methodist Hospital.
Tony Salomone is a Chaplain in the Pastoral Care Department at Methodist Hospital.
In order to obtain contact hours or CEUs for a continuing education event, participants are required to attend the entire event and return a completed evaluation.
