<![CDATA[Leadership Breakfast Series 2011-2012]]>All student participants will receive a set of worksheets, an emotional intelligence assessment, and development guide to be used within each session. The material combines the concepts of emotional intelligence and leadership in one model—emotionally intelligent leadership (EIL). Throughout the series students wil...l have the chance to learn about the EIL model (Consciousness of Context, Consciousness of Self, and Consciousness of Others), as well as each EIL capacity and how the capacity relates to leadership; followed by development of each capacity in an interactive environment, one session at a time.
