Course Description
Purpose Statement: The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills to enable participants to respond to escalating behaviors in the workplace.
Participants will be able to:
- Identify factors contributing to potential violence.
- Recognize and respond to the beginning stages of escalated behavior.
- Recognize personal biases and better select responses to escalated behavior.
