To see the continuing education programs you have taken since June 30, 2012, just log into your account on the Professional Development page, where you can view and print a list of previous programs you have attended.

To obtain a transcript of the continuing education programs you attended from before June 30, 2012, please  submit this request  for a copy from the Registrar's Office.
