General Background

Mr. Fahey has served on the Adjunct Faculty of Nebraska Methodist College since 2012. He has held senior administration positions in medical practices of all types and sizes over the course of his 36 year career, including single and multi-specialty groups in independent, university-based and hospital-based practices. His most recent position was Executive Director of a 19 physician cardiology group, a position he held for 17 years. He has extensive experience in process improvement, strategic planning, marketing, physician recruitment, program development and hospital/physician relationships. Fahey is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) and is an essay grader for FACMPE. He served as President of the Nebraska Medical Group Management Association (NMGMA). He is a Life Member of NMGMA and the Medical Group Management Association.

Professional Service/Recognition/Charitable Boards

Mr. Fahey is a member of the Omaha Serra Club and the Holy Vocations Ministry at Saint Wenceslaus Parish in Omaha Nebraska. He is President of Vocation Inspiration, Inc. whose primary mission is to inspire students to lead holy lives.
