General background
'Chelle Ham is a Consultant with the Gallup Organization. She advises clients on issues related to strengths-based hiring and development, succession planning, employee engagement, and customer/patient engagement. Prior to joining Gallup, 'Chelle was on the faculty of NMC in the department of Health Promotion and has continued to teach as an adjunct since 2004. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from UNL (2001), a M.S. in Health Promotion with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from NMC (2003), and is currently ABD (all but dissertation) in the Human Sciences program at UNL with a concentration in Leadership Studies.
