Julie Ehlers' interest in healthy living went from personal to professional when she interrupted her technology career to pursue graduate studies in Exercise Science. Being naturally inquisitive, passionate about health & wellness, and inspired when teaching others, a multi-career in technology, clinical and community research, and promoting health initiatives is ideal for her. Julie's been involved in multiple research studies, both government funded and industry sponsored. The areas of research have included: gait analysis, osteoporosis in breast cancer survivors, cardiology, weight loss, and perimenopause. As research coordinator she planned, organized, implemented, and evaluated day-to-day research activities and supervised the staff. Julie's a certified Health Fitness Specialist with American College of Sports Medicine. Her enthusiasm toward wellness extends to others individually as a personal trainer and to the community as a health educator. Julie is founder of Batch At A Time, LLC where she produces healthy, wholesome gourmet granola using pure, flavorful ingredients.
