General Background

Danielle joined Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) in February, 2011 as Vice-President of Business Development and Communications. She comes to NMC with over 20 years experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, direct and internet marketing, communications, business development, and operations. Her expertise spans a number of industries including secondary, postsecondary and adult education, legal services, telecommunications, financial services, consulting and manufacturing.

Prior to joining NMC, Danielle was Director of Marketing and Customer Service for Extended Education and Outreach at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She began her career in higher education as Director for the Creighton Institute for Information Technology and Management, where she had general management, marketing and recruitment responsibilities for the adult education enterprise of the College of Business Administration. From there, Dubuc-Pedersen moved on to Creighton University where she established a marketing department for the University. Previous to this, Danielle was a marketing and business development consultant to various companies in Iowa and Nebraska.

Danielle Holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  She also holds a certificate as Professional Direct Marketer from the University of Kansas City at Missouri.
