General Background
Ms. Hayden currently teaches clinical in NRS 350 Advanced Concepts in Community, Psychiatric Mental Health & Community-Based Nursing in various psychiatric & community settings. She also coordinates NRS 355 Transcultural perspectives in health and illness course which is in a hybrid format. Ms.Hayden coordinates NRS 399 Immersion course and accompanies students on immersion trips to Rosebud and Laredo, and spring break destinations. She is also a faculty advisor to the Methodist Student Nursing Association student group.
Notable Publications/Presentations
Ms. Hayden has contributed to the revision of the Parish Nursing Curriculum - a 2-hour module about assessment of the individual, family, community, and congregation.
